fix: practice window layout (top-down, no overlap/clipping) - #233

The package carries the practice window and the quality close-out. Post install measurements show a steady state p95 of 5.8 milliseconds across the three segments, cold first key at 28.9 and 33.4, no connections, and private memory of 28.5 to 28.8 mebibytes under a limit of 30. The report lists the manual walkthrough items: the practice window's two exercise shapes, reopening without leftovers, the learning area default state, and the progress file appearing, growing and resetting on deletion. …clips The old layout computed positions upwards from the window bottom, so the question overlapped the segmented control and the progress line fell outside the window. The content view is now flipped and every row is placed from the top with a fixed 460 by 336 window, shared by both exercise shapes; the recognition rows gained their own captions that update with the selection. A geometry self-check asserts for both kinds that every visible control stays inside the content bounds and clear of the segmented control, so this cannot regress silently.
